A Celebration of Creativity at FPS

The Children’s Gallery is a joyful tribute to the imagination and talent of every student at Fairfield Primary School. Located beside the main Gallery and Gallery Shop, this vibrant space showcases one special artwork from each child—a colourful celebration of the creativity that runs through our school.

Families are invited to enjoy a playful (and sometimes delightfully tricky!) treasure hunt, as students and parents search for their own masterpieces among the display.

This year, in the FPS Art Studio, the wonderful Marjie has been leading students on an inspiring journey through the bold, playful world of Yayoi Kusama. From Foundation to Grade 6, our young artists have explored Kusama’s signature use of dots, patterns, repetition, and vivid colour—and their artworks are bursting with energy and originality.

And don’t miss the Grade 6 Gallery in the Gym Foyer, where framed works by our senior students will be proudly exhibited. Installed by parents in the lead-up to ART FOR ALL, this beautiful display builds excitement and school spirit, while also marking an important creative milestone for our graduating artists.
